ALICIA, Isabela – A total of 1,500 households in Cagayan Valley have officially graduated from the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) during the Regional Graduation Ceremony held in Alicia, Isabela on September 16, 2025. The milestone event also celebrated the achievements of 10 4Ps children who successfully completed their college education, a testament to the program’s impact in transforming lives through education.
Director Gemma B. Gabuya, Program Manager of the 4Ps National Program Management Office (NPMO), congratulated the graduates for their perseverance and determination to uplift their families’ quality of life.
She also extended heartfelt appreciation to the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Alicia, which sponsored the ceremony, for its steadfast support to the program and its beneficiaries.
“This graduation is not just about leaving the program—it is about celebrating your journey, your sacrifices, and the brighter future that awaits your families. We are deeply grateful to the LGU of Alicia for walking with us in making this milestone possible,” Director Gabuya said.
The ceremony was likewise attended by members of the 4Ps Regional and Local Advisory Committees (RAC/LAC), composed of partner national government agencies and civil society organizations, who continue to play a vital role in sustaining the gains of the program.
The graduation marks another step forward in 4Ps’ mission to empower families towards self-sufficiency by ensuring access to health, education, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
