AMULUNG, Cagayan — A total of 100 graduating Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) households and 10 college graduates from Amulung, Cagayan were recognized during the 4Ps Ceremonial Graduation dubbed as Pammadayaw na Paggradua na Pantawid Pamilya on August 25, 2026.

The ceremonial graduation celebrated the perseverance, determination, and hope of the graduates and their families, whose achievements reflect the positive impact of sustained support, partnership, and community participation.

DSWD Assistant Regional Director for Operations Franco G. Lopez attended the program and delivered a message emphasizing that graduation from 4Ps does not mark the end of their journey, as the government will continue to support them in their pursuit of a better quality of life.

The program was supported by the Local Government Unit of Amulung, led by Mayor Elpidio Rendon and Vice Mayor Edward Antonio, together with the Sangguniang Bayan members and the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), headed by Myrna Matias.
