The said training, which was conducted in the barangay hall of San Jose Norte 1, was conducted to cater to the demand for oyster mushroom that the Department of Agriculture (DA) in the region cannot supply.

Ms. Helen Reyes, SLP’s Project Development Officer II for Mallig, Isabela said that the training was provided to three shelters in the barangays of San Jose Norte I, San Jose Norte II and Trinidad to develop skills of Pantawid Pamilya beneficiaries in the production of the said vegetable.
