The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office II is now in search of 1, 297 Enumerators, 259 Area Supervisors, 52 Area Coordinators, 100 Encoders and 100 Verifiers for the implementation of the second round of Family Assessment this first semester of 2015.
Likewise, Dir. Remia T. Tapispisan encourages interested applicants to apply for the vacant positions and be part of the most awaited second wave of Family Assessment.
“We are now conducting screening of applicants per municipality so that we are assured that the best and right applicants will be hired for this Family Assessment. We would like also to inform everyone that the selection of field staff is politics free. Anyone can apply for as long as they are qualified for the positions, “she said.
Interested applicants may now submit their resume, photocopy of diploma or TOR and application letter addressed to: Director Remia T. Tapispisan, DSWD Field Office 02, No.3 Dalan na Pagayaya, Regional Government Center, Carig, Tuguegarao City or submit to the nearest Municipal Social Welfare Development Office.
The qualifications for the vacant positions are as follows:
For Area Coordinator, the applicant must be a graduate of any four year course; must have at least one (1) year experience of supervisory role; excellent in communications and writing skills, computer literate with knowledge on Microsoft Office; and willing to be assigned anywhere in Region II.
For Area Supervisor, the applicant must be a graduate of any four year course, must have at least six (6) months experience of supervisory role; above average interviewing and writing skills, computer literate with knowledge on Microsoft Office; and willing to be assigned anywhere in his/her respective province.
For Enumerator, the applicant must have completed at least two (2) years in college; good interviewing and communication skills; resident of the municipality where s/he will be assigned.
Finally, Encoders and Verifiers must have completed at least two years in any IT-related course; should have initiative to learn and contribute to the success of the project and execute an encoding speed of at least 35 words per minute.###By: AILYN P. AGLAUA, Admin. Assist. III-NHTSPR
