The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office 02 (DSWD F02) thru the National Household Targeting Unit (NHTU) or Listahanan officially started the household assessment for the continuation of the On- Demand Application (ODA) on June 27, 2017.

Eight (8) enumerators and one (1) area supervisor were hired and tasked to conduct the household assessment in the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino and NuevaVizcaya.

The household assessment started in the municipalities of Naguillian, Reina Mercedes, and Alicia in the Province of Isabela.

ODA is part of the Validation Phase of the Listahanan project cycle where households who were not previously surveyed by enumerators, but are residents of identified areas covered by Listahanan, are given the chance to appeal for an assessment to be included in the list of poor households that can be qualified for government social protection program.
