Saguday, Quirino– The 12th Pagay-Pagay Festival celebration last month in Saguday, Quirino showed that Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program beneficiaries are a force to reckon with.
The yearly festival witnessed the camaraderie among the beneficiaries and the locals as they participated in various activities such as the Pasiklaban ng Pantawid Pamilya, PWDs at Senior Citizens.
Likewise, the said festival served as a team building activity for the beneficiaries who came from different barangays of this municipality.
