TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN – In an effort to recognize exemplary Field Implementers and the initiatives of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office, through the Regional Program Management Office, conducted the 4Ps Synergy cum General Assembly and Awards Night on January 17-19, 2024 at Crown Pavillion, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
More than 500 employees joined the activity which was designed to develop skills and and foster a collaborative spirit among 4Ps staff for a more united workforce.
Regional Director Lucia Suyu-Alan acknowledged the role and dedication of 4Ps Field Implementers who are at the forefront service at the Local Government Unit.
She also inspired the staff to remain committed in providing Maagap at Mapagkalingang Serbisyo to the beneficiaries and ultimately contribute to the overarching goal of breaking inter-generational cycle of poverty.

Best Operations Office: Municipal Operations Office (MOO) of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya
Best Case Manager (Social Worker): Lea Arao of MOO Aparri, Cagayan
Best Case Manager (Non-Social Worker): Jestoni Pineda of MOO Villaverde, Nueva Vizcaya
Best Technical Staff: Den Christ Telan of POO Nueva Vizcaya
Best Administrative Staff: Joana Rose Arugay of POO Isabela
Best Initiative for Case Management: POO Nueva Vizcaya
Best Initiative for Partnership and Development: POO Nueva Vizcaya
Best Initiative for Systems, Monitoring and Evaluation and Finance: POO Nueva Vizcaya
Operations offices with the top performance in terms of their Office Performance Contract (OPC), 4Ps staff with a decade or more service in the department, and former 4Ps beneficiaries who have become Angels in Red Vest were also given recognition.
4Ps Field Office 2 is one among the five (5) Field Offices who notched perfect score in the OPC, demonstrating the commitment of the program not only in meeting its target but in uplifting the lives of its beneficiaries.
