TUGUEGARAO CITY – In its continuing efforts to involve private and non-government organizations in the implementation of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office 2 forged partnership with Civil Society Organizations, namely JAC International Manpower Service Inc. and Planet Green Collection, through a signing of Memorandum of Agreement on March 18, 2024 at the Regional Operations Center.

The partnership with JAC International Manpower Service Inc. aims to address Social Welfare and Development Indicator (SWDI) gaps among beneficiaries, particularly on employment., of which eligible beneficiaries shall have access to overseas employment opportunities, as well as assistance on social and document preparations.

Meanwhile, Planet Green Collection shall provide technical assistance to beneficiaries during Family Development Sessions through serving as Resource Person on Financial Literacy, and other support and services such as medical missions, feeding programs, and initiatives geared towards alternative or additional income-generating projects.

“Aasahan niyo pong gagawin namin ang aming makakakaya upang magampanan ang aming sinumpaang tungkulin at magsilbi sa ating mga 4Ps beneficiaries,” said Planet Green Collection Area Coordinator Randy B. Diodiot, as their organization pledges support for 4Ps.

Present during the MOA signing were Planet Gren Collection’s Diotdiot, Jac International Manpower Servince Inc. Marketing Manager Merle Cross, Regional Director Lucia Alan, OIC Assistant Regional Director for Operations Franco G. Lopez, 4Ps Regional Program Coordinator Vicenta Pamittan, Institutional Partnership Development Officer for CSOs Sophia Darsie Reyes and staff of the Regional Program Management Office.
